Recland is a member unit within the HRI ecosystem. Recland provides a platform for recruiting collaborators to earn money by introducing and connecting job applicants to businesses. Collaborators can actively work and increase their income limitlessly, anytime and anywhere.

With core competency in technology, Recland mission is to progressively change the IT human resources recruitment market. We create a platform allowing recruiters to post jobs, search for professional CVs, and connect businesses to a network of recruiting specialists nationwide, aiding job seekers in finding suitable employment opportunities.

The First Idea
At the end of the year, Mrs. Tran Thi Hong came up with an idea for a recruitment platform based on the e-commerce model, directly connecting businesses with a team of headhunters and HR freelancers. She started laying the first bricks to build the system in November 2021.

Introduction of the Beta Version
The development team launched the first version of Recland with the "Candidate Referral" feature, attracting over 300 collaborators and 45 customers to experience.

Initial Deployment
After 3 months, the project took its first steps by introducing itself, connecting with 200 collaborators who registered accounts.

The development team perfected the product and officially launched it nationwide with many distinctive features.
